DVD Recorder Fault - Sorted!

I had a fault with my Panasonic DVD recorder. I called Rob at HomeView TV and described the fault to him. Later that day he stopped by and collected the faulty unit. We spoke a few days later and he explained that the faulty part was going to be more expensive than a whole new DVD recorder. I took his advice and ordered a new unit from him. He came and set up the new unit as well as the hard drive section of the old recorder which was perfectly OK. He configured both and I now have capability to record 2 separate programmes and record from either hard drive to the DVD recorder. Brilliant. I have used HomeView over the past 20 years or so and always been very impressed with the service Rob provides. I trust that he's never going to try to sell me something I don't need. I would not hesitate to recommend him as his service is second to none.
